Privacy
The short version
This site does not use tracking cookies or ad trackers. The only personal information we collect is your email address, and only if you sign up for dev updates.
The email list
Our email list is run by Constant Contact. When you sign up, Constant Contact stores your email address, the date you signed up and basic delivery data such as whether an email was opened. We use it only to send Kage Software dev updates and game news, about every two weeks.
We never sell or share your email. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and one click removes you. You can also email us to be removed or to ask what we hold about you.
Videos
Trailers and videos are hosted on YouTube. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. After that, YouTube's own privacy policy applies to the video player.
Analytics
We do not run analytics on this site. If that changes, we will use a cookie-free tool and update this page first.
Hosting
Like any website, our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability. We don't use them to identify you.
